Local Clinic Awarded
Louise Gray Skin Care of Mission Bay
has been awarded Skin Centre of Excellence and Commitment
to Education at the 2009 Dermalogica Awards. Louise
was presented with the awards at a ceremony at The Wharf
in Auckland this month.
The ‘Commitment to Education’ award goes to the
Skin Centre who has shown outstanding commitment to their
staff and Skin Centre throughout 2008 through ongoing education.
Louise was delighted to pick up the award. “All
of my therapists continually revise and increase their knowledge,
and love sharing new research and information with their
clients. This helps to keep everyone well informed
and up to date with new products and treatments, which is
obviously a benefit for all.”
Passionate about skin care, Louise says “My main motivation
is to see 100% improvement in the condition of clients’ skin. That’s
how we measure our success.” Her team,
Jasmine, Bev and Kelly, share this passion and thrive under
Louise’s leadership. Their continuing
skin care education gives them a combined wealth of knowledge
and has led to the clinic becoming well known in the area
for helping problem skins.
Louise Gray Skin Care hosts regular educational events and
workshops where clients have the opportunity to not only
hear about products but actually get to use and play with
them. The clinic focuses on one-to-one consultation
working out individual needs and prescribing treatment regimes
to ensure clients get the results they are looking for.
Dermalogica and the Dermal Institute are very innovative
with their products and ingredients. They are constantly
researching and improving current products and formulating
new ranges to suit all skin conditions. Their
goal is to deliver skin health results through education,
innovation and professional recommendation.
